Sales tax will be charged to Ohio residents.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For the moment, we only offer exchanges on merchandise that is damaged during shipment or contains a manufacturer’s defect.
A full refund of the 10% deposit on the pre-ordered item will be given in the event that the distributor or manufacturer has canceled the product.
We often receive items direct from manufacturers and distributors that have been packed with little or no protection, resulting in minor dents or imperfections in the packaging. Therefore we cannot guarantee mint condition boxes, and damage to the box and not the toy itself is not considered damaged merchandise.
If damage occurred during shipment, please notify us within 5 business days, so we can file a claim with the proper shipping provider.
Do you ship international?
We do ship international only on certain items. Please contact us to get the appropriate shipping charges.
A copy of the invoice will be included in the package. All items will be declared for what they are and what they have sold for. Please note that many countries charge import duties on merchandise purchased from other countries.
What if my order has both an in-stock and pre-order item?
If an order has both an in-stock and pre-order item, by default we will immediately ship the in-stock item. The pre-order item will ship as soon as it becomes available and the remaining balance paid. The customer can request the in-stock item to be shipped later on along with their pre-order if they choose to (must be done immediately once order is placed).Who is your shipping provider?
We mainly use UPS and USPS Priority Mail
Why should I pre-order? Pre-ordering
an item usually will guarantee that you will receive the item in your
order as soon as they are released. This also allows you to secure the
item in the event of a sellout which happens frequently especially in
the collectibles market. Prices may also increase once it is released,
which means a better price when pre-ordering. Please keep in mind that distributors or manufacturer occasionally may allocate products. In these rare situations where an allocation of products could result in us not receiving all of our orders. Your order may be canceled and a refund will be issued if the item is already paid for.
